Social Justice is a Must for Nation’s Growth – Tripathi

Education plays a key role in combating backwardness. Serious work is needed to promote education. All ideas that help the nation grow and progress should get priority. Media should also be involved in this endeavour. Media can help educate people and raise their awareness levels

CP has been consistently working for promoting the cause of social justice and will continue to do so. The nation cannot develop till there is a social justice. Rural areas are in urgent need of development. There cannot be two opinions that Reservation does help in promoting social justice. Our leader Sharad Pawar has made meaningful efforts to ensure that women get representation in all fields. He has done many things in the interest of the SCs, STs and OBCs. We always accord the highest priority to tasks that have the potential of empowering the toiling masses.

We have been supporting the government because of our belief in secularism. Secularism is the foundation of our polity. Only secularism can help us take all sections of the society on board and bring about social justice. There is a need to implement all schemes that would help Dalits, labourers and poor farmers. Education plays a key role in combating backwardness. Serious work is needed to promote education. All ideas that help the nation grow and progress should get priority. Media should also be involved in this endeavour. Media can help educate people and raise their awareness levels.

FORWARD Press is a novel initiative in the world of media. This bilingual magazine should be popularized so that people can be educated, made aware of social issues and be informed. I extend my good wishes to the magazine. I hope it would continue to engage in down-to-earth journalism and promote new thinking.
