JAMMU: A large number of Dalits, Tribals and OBCs gathered at Press Club here and marched to the State Assembly. Addressing them, RK Kalsotra, state president, All India Confederation of SC/ST/OBC organizations, said that reservation was important for the deprived classes, as in areas like business, trade, industry, art and culture, their representation  is close to zero. About 50,000 posts under SC, ST, OBC and other reserved categories are lying vacant. Yash Pal Kundal, MLA, addressed the meet and also participated in the march. Others who spoke on the occasion were Sabir Choudhary, Lok Nath, Sham Bassan, Harbans Lal, Aditya Hans, Sanjeev Manmotra, Sham Lal, Chander Sain Khan, Riaz Ahmed, Suman Kumari, Mohammad Farooq, Murari Digra and Rakesh Kumar.
