Lokrang: Devoted to folk culture

The mainstream culture cannot be called the culture of the masses because the Bahujan have been excluded from it. Lokrang has taken on the responsibility of promoting a truly people’s culture while opposing cultural exclusivism. This year too, the organization held programmes in a small Uttar Pradesh village.
