आय के आधार पर ओबीसी का उपवर्गीकरण खारिज

आर्थिक आधार पर आरक्षण की बात करने वालों की दलील को पंजाब और हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने एक बार फिर खारिज कर दिया है। इंदिरा साहनी मामले पर भरोसा करते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा कि सामाजिक उत्थान के लिए आर्थिक मानदंड एक संकेतांक हो सकता है पर यह एकमात्र मानदंड नहीं हो सकता। फारवर्ड प्रेस की खबर :

बाहरी और स्थानीय के आधार मेडिकल संस्थानों में आरक्षण को लेकर देश के कई राज्यों में विवाद है। केंद्र शासित चंडीगढ़ के राजकीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान में एमबीबीएस में एससी कोटे के तहत दाखिले को लेकर हाईकोर्ट ने पूर्व में जारी मेरिट लिस्ट को रद्द करने का निर्देश दिया है। लेकिन कोई गाइड लाइन निर्धारित नहीं की। अशोक झा की खबर :
