Mirchpur: Perpetrators get jail, victims get banishment

The Dalits of Mirchpur, Haryana, came under attack in the year 2010. They haven’t been able to return to their village since but the government doesn’t appear bothered. This amounts to a violation of the SC-ST Act on the part of the government, writes Nawal Kishore Kumar
