Without any further delay, Chief Justice Dipak Mishra should act upon the letter that his peers, Ranjan Gogoi and Madan Lokur, wrote to him. Amid all the debates going on at the moment, the letter seems to have the sanest voice. It gives the judiciary the opportunity to stand on its own feet
