University reinstates Bhagat Mahato as a PhD scholar

In the end, Mahatma Gandhi Antarashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya had to give in to the unity of its students. Bhagat Mahato’s re-entry into the PhD programme has been approved. The university had randomly removed his name from its roll. But how did the situation arise in the first place?

क्या बिलकिस बानो को न्याय मिलेगा

बिलकिस पर जुल्म ढाने वाले अभी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आएंगे और हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट उनकी सजा को बरकरार रखेगा। हम केवल ये कहना चाहते हैं जब सरकार की विभिन्न संस्थाओं ने न्याय के इस मामले में अपनी भूमिका सही से नहीं निभाई और जब बिलकिस बिलकुल नयी जिंदगी जीना चाहती है, अपने बच्चों के लिए और अपने लिए, उसके इस जज्बे को जिन्दा रखने के लिए क्या हमारी न्याय प्रक्रिया इतना कर पाएगी कि उसे दर-दर की ठोकरे न खानी पड़े। पढि़ए विद्याभूषण रावत की रिपोर्ट :
