RSS strategy for UP: A Yadav quota within OBC quota

The BJP has changed its strategy to deal with a possible SP-BSP alliance. The ‘reservation within reservation’ formula that was conceived in 2001, when Rajnath Singh was UP chief minister, is being retouched and the Yadavs could be assigned a 5 per cent slice of the OBC quota
