Central government opens its chest for the OBCs, but don’t get carried away

All the figures we have obtained so far tell us that the upper castes are a minority. Because of their small populations, there are Special Component Plans for Dalits and Adivasis. Then, how about a SCP for the upper castes? The rest of the amount can be allotted to the OBCs
