कंवल भारती (जन्म: फरवरी, 1953) प्रगतिशील आम्बेडकरवादी चिंतक आज के सर्वाधिक चर्चित व सक्रिय लेखकों में से एक हैं। ‘दलित साहित्य की अवधारणा’ ‘स्वामी अछूतानंद हरिहर संचयिता’ आदि उनकी प्रमुख पुस्तकें हैं। उन्हें 1996 में डॉ. आंबेडकर राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार तथा 2001 में भीमरत्न पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ था।
